1. Acceptance of Agreement
Your purchase of any SB Market product serves as your acknowledgement and representation that you have read and understand these Terms of Service and that you agree to be bound by them (“Agreement”). You understand and agree that accepting this Agreement electronically is legally equivalent to manually signing it.
SB Market reserves the right, upon notice to you, to change or terminate this Agreement. You agree that your continued use of SB Market after notice of any change, or if you do not close your work with SB Market within fifteen (15) calendar days of such notice, constitutes your acceptance of the changes. Changes required by law will be effective immediately.
2. What SB Market Is; No Advice; No Fiduciary Duty
SB Market is a subscription service that provides AI-generated sports predictions, analytics and a public performance record for entertainment and informational purposes. SB Market is not a sportsbook: it does not accept, place, facilitate or settle wagers, and it does not hold, transfer or manage any customer funds. The picks and analytics it publishes are informational only.
You alone are responsible for deciding how, whether and where to act on any information from SB Market. SB Market does not provide betting, gambling, investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on the service is such advice or a recommendation to place any particular bet. SB Market staff cannot advise you or comment on the suitability of any bet or decision for your circumstances.
You also recognize:
- SB Market does not provide legal or tax advice.
- No fiduciary relationship is formed and no fiduciary duty is owed to either party by virtue of your subscription.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, SB Market and its staff are not liable for any loss, including loss of profit, arising directly or indirectly from your use of the service or from any decision you make based on it.
- You represent that you are of the age of majority under the laws of your home jurisdiction and meet the age requirement in Section 12 to enter into this Agreement.
3. Personal Use Only; Account Sharing Prohibited
SB Market is for your personal use only. You shall not distribute, copy, reproduce, exchange, modify, sell, or transmit anything from this site. Your use of the SB Market software is licensed to a single (1) user. If you share your access with a third party, your account may be terminated automatically.
4. Intellectual Property; Copyright
All materials on www.techtakes.ai (including audio, images, software, text, and video clips) are protected by U.S. copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You agree to follow instructions on www.techtakes.ai that limit use of materials. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, privacy/publicity laws, and civil and criminal statutes.
5. Purchases, Pricing, Taxes, and Refusal Rights
SB Market reserves the right to refuse any purchase at its sole discretion. You agree to pay the applicable subscription charges and any taxes that apply at the time services are rendered. SB Market may change its prices at any time by posting a modified schedule of pricing on the SB Market website; a price change takes effect for you at your next renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; your access continues through the end of the current billing period, and cancellation fees are not charged. Refunds are handled as described at checkout and in any applicable refund policy.
6. Foreign Jurisdictions; Access Limitations
SB Market makes no representation or warranty regarding compliance with local laws in foreign jurisdictions, or the appropriateness of the website’s content in those jurisdictions. You understand the SB Market site is the only means of accessing the SB Market software.
SB Market is not liable for losses or damages you incur due to unavailability of the website from foreign countries.
7. Marketing Contacts
By subscribing, you agree that SB Market may contact you about SB Market products, features and offers, as described in Section 11 (Communications) and Section 13 (SMS). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe or STOP mechanisms described there; this does not affect service and account messages.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. SB Market may suspend or terminate any or all services under this Agreement, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other lawful reason. On termination, your right to access the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including limitation of liability, intellectual property and dispute resolution) continue to apply.
9. Account Misuse; Fraud
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may not use SB Market for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, share or resell your access, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service. In cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized use, SB Market may suspend or terminate your account and pursue any remedies available to it under applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability; Force Majeure; Outages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SB Market is not liable to you or to third parties for losses incurred directly or indirectly by causes reasonably beyond its control, including (without limitation) government restrictions, natural disasters, severe weather, wars, strikes, terrorist attacks, failures or interruptions of hosting, data or communications services, unauthorized access, or operator errors.
SB Market is not liable for losses or damages (including lost profits) arising during peak demand, system upgrades, maintenance, or other service interruptions, nor for any decision you make, or bet you place with a third party, based on information from the service.
The SB Market website is the primary means of accessing the service, and access could be delayed by communications interruptions or hardware/software malfunctions. SB Market is not liable for losses or damages resulting from such delays, including during significant outages.
11. Communications; Email Delivery; Address Updates; Error Reporting
By subscribing to SB Market and agreeing to these Terms of Service, you agree to receive communications from SB Market via the website and/or email. This includes (but is not limited to) transaction and payment confirmations, subscription and renewal notices, notices of modifications to these Terms of Service, and other service-related communications.
You agree that:
- Communications sent to your email address or provided through the website must be retrieved and read promptly.
- All communications sent by SB Market by any means will be deemed received by you.
- You will promptly advise SB Market of changes to your email and/or mailing address.
- You will promptly advise SB Market of any errors or omissions in any transaction or handling of your purchase.
- Failure to provide prompt notice of errors constitutes acceptance of the accuracy of all information sent to you.
- SB Market reserves the right to record telephone calls to monitor service quality and/or for protection of SB Market and its customers.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text and then no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

You represent you are the account holder or customary user of the number provided. You must notify SB Market immediately if you change your number. You agree to indemnify SB Market for claims/expenses/damages caused wholly or partly by your failure to notify SB Market of a number change.
13.9 Carrier Liability
SB Market is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile network services are outside SB Market’s control; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
